Happy Wonderful Wednesday!!! Friends, thanks be to God who ALWAYS causes us to TRIUMPH in Christ Jesus. Tempest may come and billows may roll but in Christ we are overcomers and more than conquerors!

Friends, there’s a song I really like that says “Through it all, through it all. I’ve learned to trust in Jesus, I’ve learned to trust in God. Through it all, through it all, I’ve learned to depend upon His word!”

Through it all, He hid us underneath His everlasting arms. He alone is worthy to be praised.  Let somebody shout HALLELUIAH!!! Amen. Christ is the solid rock. He is the rock of ages. He can grind your enemies to powder:

Matthew 21:44 And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, but upon whom it falls it will grind him to powder.

The bible tells us there is a rock of offence in Zion (Romans 9:33). That rock is Christ. Beloved, when it comes to spiritual warfare, it is better to be on the offensive side than on the defensive side. In other words, don’t wait to be attacked and then start seeking deliverance. But rather you can throw your stones of fire prayers and let God who sees everything direct them to the unprotected forehead of every Goliath in your lives.

The bible tells us that the stone which the builders rejected has become the Chief Cornerstone (Mark 12:10). Jesus was rejected but He is now seated at the right hand of God interceding for us. And we are seated in heavenly places with Christ Jesus far ABOVE principalities and powers, triumphing over them!

Jesus said to Peter: upon this rock I will build my church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

Matthew 16:18 And I say also unto thee, that thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

In the mighty name of Jesus, the gates of hell shall not prevail against you.

Who art thou O great mountain before Zerubbabel? Thou shall become a plain (Zech. 4:7). Someone may represent the mountain in the way of your breakthrough. It may be a wicked boss, lack of money, or lack of a good job. They shall be made low in Jesus’ mighty name.

While there are MANY precious stones such as diamonds, rubies, emeralds, sapphires, etc, (mmm….I love those), there are some stones that are not so great. An example is the stone that was rolled on Lazarus’ grave to seal up his destiny (John 11:41). Christ, our strong tower showed up on the scene and commanded that the stone be rolled away! God also rolled away the reproach of Egypt from Joshua:

Joshua 5:9 And the LORD said unto Joshua, This day have I rolled away the reproach of Egypt from off you. Wherefore the name of the place is called Gilgal unto this day.

I pray, in the mighty name of Jesus, that the eternal rock of ages will roll away every reproach in your lives. Instead of sitting in your church premises week after week, STAND on Christ the solid rock and God’s promises. As you do so I pray that the rock of ages will break every gate of brass and cut every iron bars to pieces (Psalm 107:16). Every valley shall be exalted, the mountains shall be made low, the crooked shall be made straight and the rough edges shall be made smooth. Remain blessed in the awesome name of Jesus!

Friends, the bible tells us in Psalm 113 that God raises the poor out of the dust and lifts up the needy out of the dunghill and sets him with princes. May God raise you out of every dunghill of life and set you with princes! If servants have been riding upon your horses, they shall take their rightful place on the floor and you shall begin to ride upon your horses in the mighty name of Jesus!  If you’ve been eating on the floor, you shall begin to eat on the king’s table! I pray for you in the mighty name of Jesus that God’s face will shine upon you and that He will be gracious unto you! May he (God) lift up his countenance upon you! Beloved, we do not serve a High Priest who isn’t touched by our pains. Whatever you may be going through today, rest with the assurance that MASTER JESUS CARES!!!

Mark 4:38 And he was in the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow: and they awake him, and say unto him, Master, carest thou not that we perish?

Friends, while the disciples were on a ship passing over to the other side the enemy sent a contrary wind which terrified them greatly. They said to Jesus who was asleep on the ship “Master, carest thou not that we perish?” Then Jesus arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm (Mark 4:39). And he said unto them, Why are ye so fearful? how is it that ye have no faith?

Likewise, in the world today, as many people are trying to cross over to the other side (of poverty, loneliness, reproach, failure, etc), the enemy often sends contrary winds their way. Beloved, “contrary winds” may be in form of rejection, opposition, lack of support, antagonism, etc. Continue to look unto Jesus – the author and finisher of your faith. He is the Alpha and the Omega. He always finishes what he starts. Noone can put a fullstop where he hasn’t. When he says “yes” no one can say no. Trust me when I say this: The Master has you on his mind. In fact, he has engraved “you” in the palm of his hands.  Just as a woman CANNOT forget her suckling child, God has not forgotten you. Your deliverance has arrived in the mighty name of Jesus!

There are many people today saying “Master, carest not thou that my income is less than my expenses? Carest not thou that my house is about to be foreclosed? Carest not thou that everyone is getting married and NOBODY has proposed to me? Carest not thou that I’m still without child and my biological clock is ticking? Carest not thou that {FILL IN THE BLANK}!!!

Beloved, Joseph helped the butler in prison and begged him to remember him in the palace but notwithstanding the butler forgot him! Mordecai helped the king in the past but the king forgot about him! In WHATEVER your situation may be in, rest assured that Jesus is rebuking the contrary wind on your behalf this very moment. He is saying “Peace, be still” to every storm. I pray in the mighty name of Jesus, that God will cause a divine remembrance in the hearts of all those who have forgotten you! Men and women will go out of their way to favor you!  Beloved, the Master has prepared a table before you IN THE PRESENCE OF YOUR ENEMIES!!! Many shall see it and say “Of a truth, the Lord has done great things for you”

I pray for you in the mighty name of Jesus that the Eternal Rock of Ages will break that demonic wall of partition between you and your promised land! For your shame you shall have DOUBLE honor! God will make you a name and a praise in EVERY land you have been put to shame! He (God) has rolled away the stone hindering your miracle! There will be not just a calm but a GREAT CALM to that storm!!! Be still and know that HE IS GOD and He will hasten his word to perform it. Be blessed in Jesus’ mighty name!

Psalms 119:18 Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law

Happy Terrific Tuesday!!! This month, God will open before you the two leaved gate and it will not be shut (Isaiah 45:1). He (God) will give you the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places that you may know that He is the LORD who has called thee by thy name, the God of Israel (Isaiah 45:3).

That’s right, friends, we serve a great God who can do the impossible. He can create something out of nothing. In fact, he (God) can break a coconut with an egg just to show the rock that HE IS STILL THE ONE IN CHARGE!!! He is the LORD, and there is none else, there is no God beside him. This month, God will do the impossible in your life in the mighty name of Yeshua!!!

There was a well of water in front of Hagar but she didn’t see it until God opened her eyes! Jonathan dipped his stick in the honeycomb and his eyes were enlightened. This month of perfection, He (God) will show you where the honey of this land is! The secret of the Lord is with them that fear him. He reveals deep and secret things.

David said “until I went to the house of the Lord did I see the end of my enemies (Psalm 73:17). This month, you will see the end of your enemies!  God will give you clarity to break even! I pray in the mighty name of Yeshua that God will open your eyes and lead you to the fish that has the financial breakthrough you need in the mighty name of Jesus! Be blessed in Jesus’ mighty name!

PRAYERS

– Lord, help me to discover the honey of this land!

– Lord, open my eyes to see the well of opportunities before me!

– Lord, let me eat the good of this land!

– Lord, bring honey out of a rock for me!

May God take care of every “BUT” in our lives in the mighty name of Jesus! Naaman was a mighty man of valor, an honorable captain of hosts BUT he was a leper. The lame man was at the gate called “beautiful” BUT his life was everything but that until his encounter with Peter that is! The bible referred to Shunamite woman as “great” and VERY wealthy BUT she had no child at the time she met Elisha! Jacob loved Rachel more than her sister (Leah) BUT she was barren for a very long time! There’s a saying in the Yoruba language that “Eni l’ori ko ni fila” which literarily means that one person has head but no cap while another has a cap but no head. Beloved, I believe the real interpretation is that we all have diverse needs. So while a person may appear to be the envy of everyone, we truly do not know what that person may be going through. So the next time you are tempted to envy that sister or brother that you are just convinced “has it all together” bear in mind that the confidence he or she exudes is actually struggle wrapped up in strength from God. Glory HALELUIAH!!!

Beloved, some have food BUT, cannot eat! Some can eat BUT have no food! We need to be thankful that we have food AND we can eat!  The list of the “BUTS” in the lives of people goes on and on!  The great news is that God is a God that can remove every “BUT” in our lives. I pray in the mighty name of Jesus that he will PERFECT all that concerns you!

He (God) knows where the shoe pinches. He knows exactly what it is that is not making you to eat your meals with joy.  People around you may not be aware some of the ugly situations you are going. They may not realize that you are actually going through the pit and the lion’s den but rest assured that God knows and feels your pain! Beloved, HE KNOWS!!! We do NOT serve a high priest who isn’t touched by what we go through. He could’ve moved BEFORE Shadrach Messach, and Abednego were thrown into a fiery furnace but he didn’t! He could’ve sent his word to Lazarus and healed him BEFORE he died but he didn’t! He says “AFTER” you have suffered a while (not before), he will make you perfect, established, settled! Friends, there is a cross to carry. You must pay the price to win the prize!

I pray in the mighty name of Jesus that you will enter your promised land sooner than later! God is rolling away the reproach of Egypt from your lives! He is removing every “BUT”!!! Remain blessed in the mighty name of Jesus!

Proverbs 26:4 Answer not a fool according to his folly, lest thou also be like unto him.

Happy Wisdom Wednesday!!! Friends, God is the only wise God. May He replace our tongue of clay with that of the learned in the mighty name of Yeshua!!! As Christians, the bible is our constitution and/or instruction manual and it has LOTS to say about foolishness. Let us endeavor to check ourselves against what the bible says concerning this subject.

The bible tells us anger lies in the bosom of fools (Eccl. 7:9) and that a fool says in his heart there is no God (Psalm 14:1). A fool is full of words (Eccl. 10:14) but when he shuts his lips, is esteemed a man of understanding (Pro. 17:28). The way of a fool is right in his own eyes: but he that hearkens unto counsel is wise (Prov. 12:15). A fool despises correction:

A fool despiseth his father’s instruction: but he that regardeth reproof is prudent (Proverbs 15:5).

A fool hath no delight in understanding (Prov. 18:2). As a dog returns to his vomit, so a fool returns to his folly (Prov. 26:11). A fool utters all his mind: but a wise man keeps it in till afterwards (Prov. 29:11). The words of a wise man’s mouth are gracious; but the lips of a fool will swallow him up (Eccl. 10:12).

Friends, wisdom is the principal thing. Get wisdom, and in all your getting, get understanding!!!

My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh (Proverbs 4:20 – 22).

The bible says he that winneth soul is wise. Beloved, it doesn’t take rocket science to conclude that he that does not win souls is foolish. Therefore friends, on this glorious Friday that the Lord has made, witness Christ to somebody TODAY and REFUSE to be numbered among the fools!

I pray in the mighty name of Yeshua that God who is The Only Wise God will open the door of utterance unto you that you may BOLDLY declare the counsels of God! I receive for you the tongue of the learned! As you speak, you shall speak as God’s oracle! Be blessed in the mighty name of Jesus! Let us pray…

PRAYER

– My father, my father, I do not want to be a fool! If I have been a fool, have mercy on me! I reject foolishness in the mighty name of Jesus! I put away foolishness far from me in the mighty name of Jesus! Foolishness is not my portion in the mighty name of Jesus! God is my portion in the land of the living! Father, you are The Only Wise God, I receive wisdom from you in Jesus’ mighty name!  Mighty God, I receive the spirit of wisdom, counsel, knowledge, understanding! Make me of quick understanding the in the fear of the Lord! From today, Lord, I will attend to thy words in the mighty name of Jesus!

– My father, my father, you are the way and the truth – Guide me in the mighty name of Jesus! You are the potter, I am the clay – in ANY way that I may have been marred (through sin or foolishness), remold me into a vessel of honor SANCTIFIED and meet for your use!

In Luke 19:28-38 Jesus tells his disciple to go and lose the donkey that had been tied in a village. In John 12:12-26 Jesus rides the donkey into Jerusalem. Beloved, Jesus wanted the donkey untied because He had need of him which was TO CARRY HIM. Consider the following bible verse:

Exodus 8:1 Let my people go THAT THEY MAY SERVE ME

Jesus wants you loosed so that you can carry Him everywhere you go (in your heart and by your actions) so that when they see you they see Jesus. Can you “carry” Jesus to Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and the uttermost ends of the earth? Can Jesus “ride” on you? This is a food for thought for everyone!

YOU WILL BE DECORATED!

When Jesus rode on the donkey people put their garments on the donkey so that Jesus could sit on it. When you make yourself available to “carry” Jesus, He’ll beautify your life. How “BEAUTIFUL” are the feet of those that preach the gospel. The Lord gave the word; “GREAT” is the company of those that published it (Psalm 68:11).

YOU WILL BE CELEBRATED!

People cut branches and placed them on the floor as this donkey carried Jesus. Beloved, when you “carry” Jesus YOU WILL BE CELEBRATED! As you “carry” Jesus YOU WILL NOT DIE UNSUNG!

GIVE THE GLORY TO GOD!

The donkey may have thought people were celebrating him but we all know it was all about Jesus. Likewise when people give you accolades and standing ovations, REMEMBER TO RETURN THE GLORY TO GOD! He will not share His glory with any man.

MY PRAYER FOR YOU!!!

As you “carry” Jesus I pray in His awesome name that He will give you beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness. May He give you a divine exchange: For brass may you have gold, for iron, silver, for wood, brass! May He (God) lay your stones with fair colors and your foundation with sapphires, your windows of agates, your gates of carbuncles, and all your borders will be of pleasant stones! May He (Jesus) be “BEAUTIFUL” in all your situations. Remain blessed in the awesome name of Jesus!

Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me.

Friends, I thought long and hard about sharing this testimony and decided to do so with the hope that it will minister to someone out there. Some may find some parts of this message quite amusing and it’s okay to laugh.  One should laugh at one’s self from time to time. At times we need to be reminded that no matter how anointed we are we are still very human.

This message is about my experience at a spiritual retreat I attended in 2013 with fellow laborers in Christ. I had never gone on this yearly retreat. There had always been one thing after another that prevented me from going. But thankfully, this particular year I had the time off from work and was determined to go and so I signed up and made the payments. I was actually excited about the trip until I found out it was going to be without food for SEVEN days! Then I thought to myself “it’s not too late to back out or is it?” but for some reason I didn’t back out…

So on the day of our departure, a group of us were to leave for this trip in a van. I showed up at our meeting point with THREE pieces of luggage! The nice lady who was helping to coordinate everything asked me what I packed and I said “towels and other necessities…” What I held back was that I had packed LOTS of apples, pears, and carrots in case I got hungry! I rationalized this by telling myself that since we were allowed to drink juice on this retreat then fruits were not that much of a deviation from juice. I thought to myself that when you squeeze fruits juice comes out doesn’t it??? Anyway, the coordinator convinced me to leave some things in my car as the location of the retreat provided towels and stuff. So I went back to my car and left some clothes in it but still managed to stuff the apples, pears, and carrots in my one luggage!

The drive to the retreat was nice. We sang praise songs and listened to praise CDs. Beloved, all I could think of during the drive was designer stew (a Nigerian sauce made with green peppers, red onions, garlic, ginger, and other spices). I thought to myself “I’m really going to need divine intervention as this is only day one of the seven-day fast!!!”

While at the retreat, the power of God was mighty to heal, save, and deliver me from my apples, pears, and carrots!!! The divine intervention was that I was not even hungry!!! To cut a long story short, I brought back every single one of my apples, pears, and carrots. I did not consume a single one though they were in my possession throughout my stay at this retreat! Friends, obedience is better than sacrifice.  Whatsover instructions you are given, do it!!!

John 2:5  …Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.

When Elisha told the widow whose husband left her in debt to go and borrow empty vessels she obeyed and for her obedience she got automatic debt cancellation!!! Romans 6:14 tells us sin shall not have dominion over us. I pray in the mighty name of Jesus that food will not have dominion over us!

Friends, I can honestly say that since this 2013 prayer retreat God has indeed taken me from glory to glory in this area. I pray in the mighty name of Jesus that He (God) will catapult you to a greater dimension in Jesus’ mighty name! Receive divine strength in Jesus’ name! May you mount up with wings as an eagle! You will not be tired! You shall run and not faint! You also can do ALL things through Christ that strengthens you! Remain blessed in the awesome name of Jesus!

John 6:35 And Jesus said unto them, I am the Bread of Life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.

Friends, after Jesus fasted for forty days the devil told him to turn stones into bread but Jesus said to him “Man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of the Lord”. Jesus is the bread of life. He is the Hidden Manna. He is a grain offering and a grain of wheat. We should take God’s words DAILY like a vitamin. God told Ezekiel to eat the word and then regurgitate it to the people. I pray that you will open your mouths and speak God’s words into someone’s life today and always in Jesus’ mighty name.

God commanded ravens to feed Elijah. He provided manna from heaven for the Israelite and when they got tired of that and wanted meat he provided quails for them to eat. Jesus multiplied five loaves and two fishes to feed a multitude. I pray for you that Jehovah Jireh who is the Bread of Life will meet all your needs today and always in the mighty name of Jesus!

Jesus is the Bread of Life. He is the fountain of Living waters and the Dayspring from on High. “ALL” who trust in him will neither hunger nor thirst! He is the one who fills all in all. I pray in the mighty name of Jesus that He will fill you afresh today. I pray for you for a fresh oil and fresh fire. I pray that He will fill you till your cup runs over with his goodies! Remain blessed in the awesome name of Jesus!

Song: Fill my cup, Lord, I lift it up, Lord! Come and quench this thirsting of my soul. Bread of Heaven fill me till I want no more! Fill my cup, fill it up and make me whole!

Luke 8:5-8 A sower went out to sow his seed: and as he sowed, some fell by the way side; and it was trodden down, and the fowls of the air devoured it. And some fell upon a rock; and as soon as it was sprung up, it withered away, because it lacked moisture. And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprang up with it, and choked it. And other fell on good ground, and sprang up, and bare fruit an hundredfold.

Happy Thought-provoking Thursday!!! Friends, in God’s house there are kingdom-minded people who are vessels of honor sanctified and meet for the master’s use (2 Timothy 2:20-22). There are also spectators who listen to powerful teachings year after year but have no intention whatsoever of putting them into practice! They are like the seed that fell by the wayside in the above-referenced bible passage. But thanks be to God who sends rain on both the just and the unjust. Friends, Jesus sent away the “multitude”. I don’t know about you but I’d like to be among the inner circle of God. If what we’ve been doing in terms of sowing hasn’t worked for us, it doesn’t take rocket science to figure out that we ought to change our strategies!

There are people who have no intention of becoming sowers no matter what they hear. There are also those who sincerely desire to be sowers in God’s kingdom but oftentimes find it difficult. The entrance of God’s words gives light and understanding unto the simple. I pray that this word will find a landing place in such hearts and spring up and bear a hundredfold fruit that will abide in the mighty name of YESHUA!

I’d like to start by saying this: As I minister to you, I minister to myself also. Iron sharpens iron. Please take this as one iron sharpening another. Friends, a sower PLANS to sow. A farmer DELIBERATELY puts aside his BEST yams for the sole purpose of sowing. If at harvest, he consumes all his yams, then he will have nothing  to sow and therefore nothing to harvest! Where there is a will, there is a way. It takes planning. There’s a saying that f you fail to plan; you plan to fail. WE WILL NOT FAIL IN THE POWERFUL NAME OF JESUS! For example, if we know that our church will be having a big program in four months’ from now (we should know based on your church calendar), and start putting $50 aside every two weeks when we get paid, in four months’ time, we would have at least $350 at our disposal that we can sow during that event! Now, let’s imagine we had started doing this from the beginning of the year? We would have more than $350 to sow during the upcoming church program or any form of giving in general. Beloved, let’s face it – it is our failure to plan that causes us to get aggravated when money is mentioned.  If we plan to honor God with our firstfruit in the beginning of next year then towards the end of this year (say around September or October), we can start putting away the amount that will cover our usual expenses for the first two weeks of the year (or week or month depending on what measure we plan to use). Let’s put God to the test and see if we will not see a definite change in our finances.

Friends, we may have been vessels of wood in the area of sowing. Now is the time to become vessels of honor sanctified and meet for the master’s use. We may have been one of those who say “they’ve come again…” anytime money is mentioned in church. God is taking us from glory to glory. We may have made God’s house a dollar store with one-dollar offerings. From this point going forward we will begin to give God quality offerings in Jesus’ name. As we give God our best, I have no doubt that He will in turn reserve His best for us.

I pray in the mighty name of Jesus that we will enjoy the dew of heaven and the fatness of the earth. I pray that pressed down, shaken together, and running over shall God cause men to give unto our bosoms! I pray in the mighty name of Jesus that there shall be a flood of blessings and supernatural abundance in our lives.  Remain blessed in Jesus’ mighty name!

Friends, may this be the beginning of months for you! May God crown this month with bounties for you! May this be a month of laughter for you and yours! It is written that the voice of rejoicing is in the tabernacles of the righteous (Psalm 118:15); THE VOICE OF MELODY WILL NEVER DEPART FROM YOUR LIVES IN THE AWESOME NAME OF JESUS!

Beloved, one of the MANY names of God is “Consolation of Israel”. Because we are the spiritual Israelites, HE IS OUR CONSOLATION! The dictionary describes the word “console” as to “comfort (someone) at a time of grief or disappointment”. After Ruth was widowed, she was consoled with a great man Boaz and became an ancestor of our Lord Jesus Christ. Hannah was consoled when she embraced Samuel and so was Sarah when she embraced Isaac. Beloved, GOD ALMIGHTY HIMSELF WILL CONSOLE YOU THIS MONTH IN THE MIGHTY NAME OF JESUS! For your shame you shall have double honor! Everywhere you have been put to shame, God will make you an eternal excellency – a joy of MANY generations! He (God) will make you a name and a praise among the people and change your status from a local to a global champion!

Jeremiah 30:17 For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the LORD; because they called thee an Outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeketh after.

It is written that when a thief is caught he shall restore SEVENFOLD. God promises to restore your health and heal your wounds (Jer. 30:17). He also promises to restore the years that the locust, the cankerworm, the caterpillar, and the palmerworm has eaten (Joel 2:25). Beloved, has he spoken and shall he not do it?

Isaiah 54:11-13 O thou afflicted, tossed with tempest, and not comforted, behold, I will lay thy stones with fair colours, and lay thy foundations with sapphires. And I will make thy windows of agates, and thy gates of carbuncles, and all thy borders of pleasant stones. And all thy children shall be taught of the LORD; and great shall be the peace of thy children.

My beloved brethren, you may have been afflicted and tossed with tempest. GOD WILL GIVE YOU BEAUTY FOR ASHES AND THE OIL OF JOY FOR MOURNING! There shall be not just a simple calm but a GREAT CALM to that great storm! You shall no longer be termed “forsaken” neither shall your land be termed “desolate”! But you shall be called “Hephzibah” and “Beulah” because God delights in you (Isaiah 62:4)…May God comfort you and comfort all your waste places! Violence shall no longer be heard in your courts! He will make your officers peace and your extractors righteousness! For brass, He will give you gold, for iron He will give you silver, for wood He will give you brass (Isaiah 60:17)! You will not die unsung! YOU SHALL BE CELEBRATED!
